DESCRIPTION:Healing Through Art — Monthly Therapeutic Art ClassesJoin us each month for our Healing Through Art classes — a safe\, creative space designed to help survivors and community members process emotions\, find peace\, and rediscover their strength through artistic expression. \nEvery session features a new guided art project focused on emotional healing\, self-awareness\, and empowerment. Led by compassionate facilitators\, participants explore creative techniques while engaging in reflective and grounding activities that promote inner calm and connection. \nThere will be three different classes: \nKids 6-14 12pm-1pm \nFamily All Ages 1:15pm-2:15pm \nAdults (teens 15 and over are also welcome to participate) 2:30pm-3:45pm \nAll materials are provided\, and pre-registration is required\, as space is limited. \nTo sign up or learn more about our monthly classes\, please email info@domestictruthfoundation.org. \nBecause healing happens one brushstroke at a time. 💜🎨

DESCRIPTION:Monthly Self-Defense Class — Empowerment Through StrengthJoin us each month for our empowering self-defense class\, taught by professional fighters and experienced coaches who are passionate about helping survivors of domestic violence reclaim their confidence and sense of safety. \nThis class goes beyond physical techniques — each participant will also receive a  journal to go over grounding\, emotional\, and spiritual exercises designed to promote healing\, mindfulness\, and inner strength. \nAll are welcome to attend\, but pre-registration is required\, as class size is currently limited to 25 participants. \nIf the class is full\, please email us at info@domestictruthfoundation.org to be added to our interest list — we’ll make sure you’re included in future sessions as we expand availability. \nTogether\, we build safety\, confidence\, and resilience. 💜
