Refund & Return Policy

Domestic Truth Foundation is a nonprofit organization. All merchandise sold through our website, fundraising events, social media platforms, and partner vendors is offered as part of our charitable fundraising efforts to support survivors and community programs.
Because proceeds directly fund our mission, we maintain a limited return policy as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your email must include:
• Order number
• Full name used on the order
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• Description of the issue
If verified, we will offer either:
• A replacement item at no additional cost OR
• A refund to the original payment method
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Domestic Truth Foundation.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective items (including sizing concerns):
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected
Because items are produced on demand as part of our fundraising efforts, we encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts before purchasing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping Disclaimer
Domestic Truth Foundation is not responsible for:
• Shipping carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Please verify all shipping information prior to completing your purchase.
Charitable Contribution Notice
All merchandise sales directly support Domestic Truth Foundation programs, including crisis intervention, case management, healing initiatives, outreach, and survivor advocacy.
